ALMAJID & ASSOCIATES is a commercial loan brokerage located in San Diego, California. We are a boutique firm established to facilitate project funding for commercial developers, builders as well as other investors desiring acquisition, development, construction or refinance.
Our focus is providing expeditious, competent, tailored results that are not usually available through banks and traditional lenders. Personal attention is given to accommodate private investors at all levels i.e. developers, builders, partnerships, middle market entities including but not limited to trust, corporations, limited liability companies and estates. We have relationships with numerous lenders to provide competitive commercial loans.
LOAN OPTIONS
HOW TO APPLY
Go to the the Forms and Documents page, complete and submit the following forms:

1. Client Submission Sheet: This form is the first step in the underwriting process. Indicate the loan option and program(s) of your choice i.e Gold Option/Acquisition Loan.

2. Mortgage Broker Fee Agreement: This contract establishes a binding agreement between the Borrower and Broker wherein authorization is given to identify and introduce lenders to Borrower.

3. Commercial Loan Application: This office request your data for the sole purpose of matching your project with compatible lenders. The information provided facilitates due diligence before issuing a Term Sheet, Commitment Letter or other notification that the loan will be made. Information accuracy is the sole responsibility of the Borrower.

Executive Summary: Prepare a personalized and detailed explanation of your project, particularly information not disclosed in the Client Submission Sheet or Commercial Loan Application. Anticipate and temper potential lender concerns and reservations. Demonstrate your expertise and why the project is bankable. If possible show prudent contingencies to enhance application approval. Lastly, include a clear day time photo(s) of subject property.
