Platinum Loan Options
The following loan programs are available in all 50 states, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Subject property must be located in the top 200 MSA Tier I & Tier II Cities only. There are no up front fees. An initial review and pre-underwrite is also provided at no charge along with an initial LOI/Term Sheet.
Gold Loan Options
These flexible loan programs are for commercial developers and builder financiing from $3M to $100M. Applicable property types include multi-family, SFR for rental, mixed use, retail, office, industrial, hospitality and storage.
Silver Loan Options
The following loan programs are designed as flexible alternative commercial mortgage solutions between $100K - $2M for credit worthy real estate investors and business owners, who can’t or won’t work with banks. Borrowers will be required to submit a purchase contract for transactions involving a real estate acquisition. Further note, that appraisal companies may require property documentation. Offered programs are available in all U.S. states except Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Eligible property types include Multifamily, Self-Storage, Warehouse, Mixed-Use, Daycare Center, Light Industrial, Automotive, Retail, Mobile Home Park, Office, Restaurant, Bar. Borrowers must be U.S. citizens, permanent alien residents or legal entities.
